The Tenant acknowledges that the Premises is designated as a property suitable for use under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The Landlord is currently leasing the Premises under a standard residential tenancy arrangement on a temporary basis.
The Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that, upon expiry of the fixed term of this Agreement, the Landlord may elect not to renew the tenancy and may issue a Notice to Vacate in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (VIC) for the purpose of securing an NDIS participant or otherwise utilising the Premises for NDIS-related accommodation.
Nothing in this clause limits the Landlord’s rights under the Act to issue a Notice to Vacate on any lawful grounds.
